Perhaps one of the most interesting things about New Orleans isn't the early French-inspired buildings, but the people themselves. This city is a melting pot of several different cultures all blended into one unique gumbo that touched music, arts, and culture all around the world.

With a current heat index of 110 degrees here in our Atlanta, GA location, we decided to head way north on our photo tour. In fact, we are going to make the jump out of the US and do a virtual visit of the beautiful country of Iceland.
This is a beautiful country whose geographical landscape is constantly being shaped and formed by volcanic activity. Fortunately we have photographers who have been capturing this cool gem. Read more »

On our next stop on our nationwide photo tour, we cross over a region that for decades has been known as "America's breadbasket". Oklahoma is just one of the states that make up this wonderful part of our country. Tulsa, Oklahoma is a place that is rich in history going back to the Lochapoka and Creek tribes (the original settlers of the area), to the Greenwood community which was home to what is commonly known as "Black Wall Street" (because it was one of the most prosperous African American communities in the United States at the time, to being the birthplace of Route 66. Today, this city is a place where the old world meets the new with one of the nation's largest concentrations of art deco architecture. Read more »

In a few weeks, our country will be celebrating our nation's birthday. Parades, cookouts, vacation trips, fireworks are things we do to celebrate the love we have for our country. For each of us, America has a different meaning. If you go though various photo sites, you will see how each of us here in the states routinely capture some aspect of our nation. The birth of a child, a baseball game, the moment a soon to be bride says "I do", a graduation, homelessness, and even death. What makes these moments so special are the backdrops we choose to take the picture.
